At The Devil Wears Prada, we maintain the highest standards of high-fashion excellence; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a formal Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip inside the shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid boutique shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off & Inspection
Hand your package to an authorized courier; once received at our atelier, our quality control team will inspect the garments before issuing a refund.
